I can’t believe it’s the end of 2014, this year has flown by. I am grateful for so many things that have come into my life this year. This year I’m touring with a bunch of my favorite blogging friends for our 2014 Best of Year End Review, if you aren’t already following them, check them out! Here is a recap & highlights of 2014!
My favorite DIY Project this year is:
The DIY Crank Table I made. I had so much fun designing and making this table. This project has given me some great ideas for 2015.
My favorite Room makeover:
It’s hard to pick one so I’m choosing two!
My DIY kitchen cabinet makeover (hard to believe this room used to be my least favorite room in the house).
My living room makeover, I am still loving the dark wall, Knights Armor by Olympic Paint. Click on the image to see the whole room makeover!
My favorite new tool:
My Ridgid Drill, I’ve used this on so many projects this year, still can’t get over how light this thing is!
Opportunities in 2014:
Going to New York to see the Good Housekeeping Labs with Olympic Paint and getting to hang out with one of my best blogging buddies,Jeanette from Snazzy Little Things, in Manhattan, it was so much fun to have a girls night out in New York with her.
2014 Feature:
I was thrilled to be featured in the October issue of Women’s Day Magazine!
2014 Highlight:
I was honored to do a Fire Station Room Makeover!
Blog Projects:
I love being a part of the Rock Your Knockoff Tours. Myself and a group of my blogging friends do these knockoff projects periodically throughout the year! Click on the image to see all my knockoff’s.
The first of what I hope will be many Secret Santa Blog Tour. I had so much fun with this project, I can’t wait to do it again in 2015!
Favorite Frugal Projects:
Let’s face it I’m not Rockefeller so some projects I have to get creative with saving money. I still can’t believe I was able to make smocked curtains for less than $13.00 per window! The DIY Clipboard art and Fish Impression art both were free or practically free for me to make too.
Last but not least I’m so grateful for my readers and blog friends, you guys all make blogging so much fun. Can’t wait to see what 2015 brings to all of us! If you missed the 2013 Year in Review post check it out here.
Looking forward to sharing what 2015 brings to me and seeing what it brings for all of you, thank you for being a part of 2014!
