BISSELL PowerGlide Vacuum

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of BISSELL Homecare, Inc. for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

With all the home improvement projects I do and with a 110 lb dog who loves to shed, vacuuming on a daily basis isn’t uncommon in my home.  I am always on the look out for a vacuum that I think can handle our messes!  The BISSELL PowerGlide seems like the perfect vacuum to do the job in our house!

The new PowerGlide® with Lift-Off® Technology is powerful yet lightweight enough to tackle the home’s toughest messes, including stairs, drapes and other hard-to –reach places.

Key Features:

No loss of suction and sealed system

One-step removable pod for portable cleaning

Long-stretch hose

Lightweight

Swivel steering for maneuverability

Adjustable handle for easy use and storage

12-inch foot for stability

Large capacity dirt cup

27-foot cord

Included TurboBrush® and crevice tool

A vacuum in my home has a lot more uses than just cleaning the floor, which I have to take into consideration when purchasing a new vacuum.  One of the qualities of a vacuum that is very important to me is strong suction.  Have you ever used a vacuum with suction that is practically non existent?  I have and it’s not something I look forward to again.  I prefer to use the hose and attachments to get to those hard to reach places, like under my stove.  A strong suction is important since it is not easy to pull a stove out to vacuum beneath it.  The ability to remove the pod to clean those tight areas such as a stairwell or a car is a must have for me.  It is not easy to hold up a bulky vacuum with one hand while cleaning the stairs with the other hand.  Cord length is another point of interest for me.  If you have ever had to use a vacuum with a 10 foot cord, you could sympathize with me!  It is not my ideal to have to keep stopping to find an outlet closer to me.  How about a vacuum with a small dirt capacity reserve?  That is a pet peeve of mine, right along with a short cord!  You have to keep stopping to empty the dirt container out.  Other places I use a vacuum are on my computer keyboard, under the couch cushions and on all of the air vents in my home.  Last but not least, when looking at buying a new vacuum, one feature that I love is what BISSELL calls their TurboEraser® Tool.  Have you ever used a vacuum with one of these?  Tools like this make getting the pet hair off of the carpet and off of your stairs a breeze!  The BISSELL PowerGlide fulfills all of my wants and needs when it comes to buying a vacuum!

Do you want a chance to win the new PowerGlide® with Lift-Off® Technology?  All you have to do is show BISSELL one spectacular mess that only their vacuum can handle and you could be a winner!  Why not enter to win one today?

I need a new vacuum really bad, ever since getting my dog! I can’t believe how much hair she sheds on the daily. I will definitely keep Bissell in mind!

We just inherited a 125 lb dog (she’s still getting back to her normal weight!) and its about that time to shed her winter coat. You better believe a reliable vacuum that sucks (har) is on my list!

Thanks for sharing, Bissell is great!

Bissell Vaccums are great! We have had a few and I like them better than any other brand we have tried.
